There are different things to like here . One such benefit is work life balance . I am amazed to see that the this balance is maintained constantly . Whether It is the first day of the week or the last one , this balance remains unharmed

I have been a part of Z1 Media for more than 16 months. Since the time I joined, I have been the team growing and expand. It is a nice experience to work with such brilliant team members. Another advantage is that the work is evenly distributed among all. Even when urgent requirements are there, I don't have to exhaust myself.

I go out for lunch but the break is too short to enjoy my meal nicely.

Manager is rude. Unnecessary pressure is given to employees. There is no work-life balance. Asks to work after office hours. There is no training at all regarding the process. Switches your process very frequently.

The company gives us a lot of chances to grow and learn. Teamwork is super important here and my work coworkers make work fun. The managers listen to what we have to say, and it's amazing to see our ideas actually make things better. The company also cares about the environment which is something I care about too.
