I joined the marketing team at this company, and the so called manager, Mehak, is just awful. She knows nothing but acts like she's the god of marketing. The HR team is powerless - even though they are aware of the situation they can't do anything. She has fired six people in six months simply because she wanted to, and anyone who flatters her is safe. The upper management doesn't seem to care about the employees.
