This Organization has a good presence in industry . Hence , It attracts top clients . The projects of these clients are really interesting . Due to my eagerness to learn more , the managers assign me new kinds of projects . I had not worked on some domains in my last office . Here, I Got to explore these and learn further. For exposure to new industries , this organization is the best .

Dislikes

Modifications to work have to be promptly made . This is a little is a challenging .

For the key purpose of exploring opportunities , I Joined this company . I am happy with the projects I an currently working on . Some requirements are quite new . Then some of them require more effort , too . But I am give enough time for such requirements. Even When the projects are new , I enjoy working on challenges .

Dislikes

Certain tools require frequent upgrades . When the process is delayed , the work also gets a bit affected .

Since Learning was my prime goal , the company surely offered me that . They have given me multiple projects , which have helped me learn a lot . The requirements vary , and I enjoy completing them . Dislikes

This might not really be a dislike, but I feel that the washroom area should be cleaned more often.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
