I joined the marketing team at this company, and the so called manager, Mehak, is just awful. She knows nothing but acts like she's the god of marketing. The HR team is powerless - even though they are aware of the situation they can't do anything. She has fired six people in six months simply because she wanted to, and anyone who flatters her is safe. The upper management doesn't seem to care about the employees. I would strongly recommend not to join the marketing team as long as she is around. P.S - This is not a rant. this is the reality...Read More

The Office is quite vast and accommodates lot of facilities . Rooms are available for proper team discussions . Perks are provided to the employees. On the basis of performance, Employees are recognized and given rewards . There are some other benefits as well , such as a good leave policy . I Sone Situations , work - related flexibility can be expected too.

My manager initially seemed to be strict . After working for some time , we developed a good bond .

Being with Z1 Tech for a while now, I can surely say that the company's work culture is good. It is supportive and inclusive. There are opportunities for career growth as well, a lot of things to learn and they also provide good benefits.

Dislikes

Sometimes, there is less clarity in understanding the project.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
