My Interview experience was very positive . I gave this interview for my first job . The HR department was very clear and explained my role well . My work experience has also been good here . Clear guidelines are given to me . There is also the freedom to think and write creatively . I am appreciated for out-of-the-box ideas .

Dislikes

I try to focus a lot on the quality of my work. but the deadlines sometime pose some challenges .

My Work Life has been more than satisfactory . At this office , there is a well-maintained balance between office and personal hours. Another important benefit is peace of mind . I get this through job security . The Company war always comprehensive about that . I've never had any insecurities because of the managers ' supportive and understanding nature .

Z1 Tech's work culture is very good. The working hours are flexible here. The collaborative atmosphere promotes a free exchange of thoughts. I got to learn a lot while working here with an experienced team.

Training programs at z1 tech are useful . To develop better skills , my seniors re my guiding force . for those who work sincerely , rewards are provided . Some time ago , I was Given a reward along with a certificate . These achievements have greatly motivated me to do better . I am determined to perform exceptionally and get more rewards .

I think That communication is something that should be improved . Better channels can be used to communicate within the office .

An important aspect of any office is its culture. When the culture is good, everything else falls into its place z1 media has given me the best culture possible I am surrounded by colleagues who respect me a lot.

Some policies come with a lot of rules. They should be revised.

Working in an office where everything is fair is the most likely aspect for me. Various people work here in different positions. they are honest in their work and never biased toward anyone.

My schedule is mostly fixed. Sometimes, urgent tasks are given. Then i have to multitask

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
