ZenArt does second party contract, wherein they supply people to 1st party client. They don't have any control on hiring or firing. They just follow the orders of client without any prejudice.

Dislikes

There is no job security, career growth, learning and work life balance is pathetic. They pay very less as they negotiate to very low level, you get around 40% pay of what client gives. Zero Benefit. Not recommended for joining.

I didn't like any think with this company. It acts as an agent to supply for the resources to the Dell and JP Morgan.

Dislikes

Worst company to work with as a payroll. They don't provide salary and perks. The directors are the worst people to work with as they don't have a basic knowledge and culture to take care of their employees.
