an associate technical leader

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

I have never seen organization like this . They will ask cheque leaf while you joining and if you are relieving from that company then they will blackmail by using that cheque leaf . And they will hold your notice period salary . I have all the proofs for that . I would like to say one more thing, this 4+ rating came from their biased employees .

I mostly like about his culture and love his employees behavior. In one word I can say that there was everything is good and I learn also so many skills from my seniors and they was very supportive by nature.
