Very bad company with balance sheet negative..no bank will provide loan on this basis.i wasted my 3 yrs over there.no increment no development..God know will they sustain in 2024 or going back to Korea.🤣🤣🤣🤣

Company policies are very good. But, as per work standard compensation and benefits not received as expected.

In terms of salary/appraisal lot of politics is happening. Training from seniors not given properly. U have to learn all by yourself.

It's challenging as it has to be the better product to be received at customer end we have to go through every process as per quality aspect.
