Company have no standards and have 0 values. You will think they cannot do something pathetic than the this, next moment they will prove you wrong. They ruin people’s careers, financial situation, mental peace. No standards or reasons for hiring/Firing. Would not suggest anyone to join this company ever.

Nothing to be liked at Youkraft. Management is a set of the worst and incompetent people. They are just ruining people' careers by making them join here and then firing them for stupid and unreasonable reasons.

Everybody is made to give sales numbers, no wonder the security guard might also have some sale targets. And Manav Goel is the worst thing in Youkraft, only asks for absurd sale targets without any logic, Always delays vendor payments and employees' salaries, while ensuring the office environment remains worst by treating educated and industry experts like factory labour. Do not join even if you are jobless, because they will anyway fire you for no reason. Two of the co-founders also faced the same disgrace, while they have scaled top E. Nothing I can think as pros. I think only pros is that they are giving you whatever money you ask while joining. After then the company is all mess.

Entire thing. Thr management has no knowledge of how to run an e-commerce company. They even dont knw what they are and where they want to see themselves. A company without USP. They just want to punch GMV and get money from some investors and exit. Such a nonsense company cant grow. 100% lala company. I am glad that I am associated with Youkraft. It is a start up but i never felt so because of the Work Life balance. Learning and Development is great in Youkraft. Happy to be a part of it and as other start ups we are not a 9 Am to 9Pm working company.

None of the company is perfect, every company has their own Pros and Cons. But there is nothing to be mentioned as Dislikes.
