Operation teams like scripting, panel and data processing are very efficient and the only good thing about company.

Dislikes

Pathetic team culture. No learning or guidance whatsoever. You simply figure out things until you finally quit.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
