Manager, Seniors and HR they aren't much support if you try to explain yourself they just say you are arguing me and if you don't like working here then switch the job, who talks with employees like that we are humans and we are giving our everything to make them successful.

Nothing to like here . Pankaj Pandey it head unprofessional. His behaviour very rude with employees or also not good behaviour with female employee. They just hired people and fired with three useless or unnecessary email warning. No one can even listen single line from your side. Company is not supportive for employees. Trust me guys this is a worst company I ever worked. I joined here as a dot net developer, but the behaviour of a team is worst especially IT Head I don't know why these type of people exist here, even high authorities never take action on girl's safety. The IT head always misbehaved with girls, forced them to work at late night. Is this how the IT company work? Such a shame on BYLD Group.
