Micro management from founders No clear vission and Mission No Hierarchy No Career growth No freedom for employees to express their thoughts, only they need executers till maximum business received by the executive If the founder and his allies don't like the employee they terminate, many mass terminations happened since inception. Finally it's politically driven company.
