Dislikes

I wanted to shift Jaipur, Rajasthan due to my dad who has undergone bipass surgery and there after paralysis attack. They were not in a position to transfer me internally. However, no hard feelings for that.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
