The incentive which you can get is really a added advantage and the college are very cooperative and have a very open culture. There is a clear transparency with higher management.

There is no work life balance the work timing can exceed to 12hr as well. Heavy work load with huge target's. No job satisfaction.

The office was well maintained . cafeteria was good and spacious.and they provided adequate break for lunch and coffee .

Dislikes

The management was not good .on Saturday the cafeteria used to be dirty as the house keeping wasn't there. The managers controld the system and extended working hours .false promises of incentive were always made.
