Dislikes

Recently HR team made a policy that who are not working under yesbank for 2 years those performance bonus will be recovered when they resigned. It's really not fair. Performance bonus provided based on their performance since they started working with yesbank only. How should you snatch from them. Kindly consider this as my request pls change this one to one year or Add vendors roles in experience....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
