Nothing....incompetent people with serious hr issues in previous organisationa...are in middle management..heights of manipulations in everything...and face is that of a prudent banker.. bank will collapse soon.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
