There's nothing to like in here after the change in the top management.

Dislikes

No clear instructions given by superiors and then it's construed that the person doesn't understand instructions. There are instances where no support was rendered when reported to HR since they are hand in glove with the management and purely follow business instructions whereas it has to be a neutral party.

Likes

Infrastructure and work place especially the corporate headquarters at Mumbai was good enough.

Dislikes

People inside appear have polluted minds and never is employee centric which was case intially. Now even HCM is hand in glove with business function and does not hear the employees at all, irrespective whether the employee is correct or incorrect. Absolute pathetic culture especially after the renewed avtaar of YES Bank.
