Good work environment and work culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Everyone gets a chance to work their preferred stack. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair, and they give good salary hikes and bonuses every Year.

A friendly and family like vibe. Work pressure is there . But the way we handle it there it's just amazing. Fun and work at the same time gave us joy . Also the environment at yeasitech give us space where we can dream to build our career at the peek.
