Many!!!! I think this will be the few places that still have 4 digit monthly salary (Yes!!! not joking) Forget micromanagement. There is nanomanagement You can't take leaves (total 10 paid leaves) all together, leaves will be open in quarterly basis. Coming to development standards. Almost 0. You learn nothing here. Be very careful engaging with this company. They trap people with bonds. There is a reason why most of their staffs are less experienced people as seniors will stay clear from this toxic place. Pay is low, no extra benefits, arrogant and greedy management whose soul goal is to shut you whenever asks for a raise or complaint.
