What's there to like? The work-life balance is pretty messed up. The superiors literally don't have a sense of time and personal space. Late night and early morning calls are a common phenomenon disturbing productivity the next day as well as personal space. There's this accepted standard of the blame game in the Whatsapp groups of the firm. Superiors have sky-high egos and tend to not leave any opportunity to blame juniors working on the field on Whatsapp. Lack of financial incentives - the salary doesn't reach on time, reimbursements are promised but never credited, they are very fussy about finances. There's no scope for a worthy individual to make a difference at this firm or any long term growth. Respect, dignity, and self-worth are far fetched dreams while working here....Read More

Ycspl is best company for private job field. The company culture is very good. I am working here from last 6 years. Ycspl working in various government projects like Zonal plan , master plan , property tax survey. Senior staff is very supportive and helpful.
