Everything, work culture, poor management, extended work hours, no leaves, salary delayed till weeks. No advantage. They offer permanent WFH but you need to keep your laptop screen running even sometimes they ask to share updates every 10 minutes

For Dislikes; there are very few points but, with the efforts of HR and Higher Management, it's improving every day. In case you are not qualified and want to learn work on the cost of self respect join it.

Nothing is sorted. It's a one man show. If he says something regarding salary, appraisal, Holiday, week off, etc it will happen and the employee have to do so or loose the job or salary for a period of time. I left the firm because the management gave the salary to one employee rest all were not paid for last 2 months.

For like in this company there is nothing.

Dislikes

Delay in salary everytime like for 2 month work you get only one month salary. For GIS none of employee have Masters degree, some of have only autoCAD course and some of have diploma in civil. Highly recommended not 🚫 to work in this company.

In Covid -19 situation was the most difficult times i have faced, and my company has supported me in every possible way. Here work culture is very good and friendly. My manager is very supportive and always Understands our issues and resolve very quickly.

Everything has plus and minus, but good part is when you keep on improving yours negatives to Positives. So, similarly YCSPL is growing everyday in positive way.

Management system zero environment worse and exploitation and dentally & economically harrasment.don't go for it .most important thing is that no body will help you govt or private sector.

Many small errors. It's solve a minute. But this office cut the salary of 2 day or 5 day's and holiday of 1 day is not possible many time in a month's.
