All Indiabull Integrated companies are fraud who spoiling employees future career, Uncultured, unethical, All morons with ego mind set sitting yet top Management

They will give Decent compensation and employees skill utilization and team managing skills are poor. Manager do not value individual skills strength or any inputs. No Appraisals and you will not receive any of your variable incentive. there is no job security. TA team/ hiring team lagon hiring process. Ungraduate will be paid more and you have to report to Unskilled manager. which is pain....Read More

a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
