PATHETIC Place to Work. Worst Branch Manager (Kanchan) now she has been promoted as an AVP but as per her appearance and behaviour she isn't worth for this designation😑 and this company's director behaves like CHHAPRI on mail and phone with her Employees. She doesn't have any sense, how to talk to their employees. 🙄PATHETIC Team Leaders working in this firm for such a long time and holding the same designation. Worst Lady Team Leader from Work Station B has been working in this branch for 7 years and always BEGS for Services in front of customers and Always BEGS for services on the phone. These firms do not allow phones to their employees except their Team leader and favourite employees.👏 These Team Leaders Watch Movies on phone, Scrolling Insta and Facebook while working. There are also Favouritism Runs here. If you are favourite to someone you can do whatever you want to do. They Hired employees from Byjus, White hat, Recovery company,etc. without cross checking their background. in short they hire CHHAPPRIS. At the time of Joining on 1st day HR explains their company polices. HR shows you what kinda benefits you get when you work in this company but day by day when time goes you realise these policies are fake and you will not get any benefit. If someone in your home has been hospitalized or fallen sick they will tell you to come to the office and work until your target will complete. 😒THINK TWICE BEFORE joining this Company. Everything. All they need is money from clients in the name of Immigration services but with Zero results and excessive pressure for on employees for no reason. I joined the Adyar branch in Chennai and the BM there was a lady there with too much attitude. Till date I'm regretting why I joined there!!
