Feedback being given on adherence to policies & performance should not be misconstrued as impertinence, politics or lack of management. Feedback is not always easy to accept, however, constructive feedback is given to reiterate desired behaviours and for positive growth Our policies are fair and transparent, communicated through extensive orientation, regular surveys, and ongoing check-ins by HR. The policies are accessible via our HRMS system at all times. We do not penalize anyone who does their job with diligence and responsibly. We have a rewarding work culture and a very aggressive incentive system. The dissatisfaction expressed here we see has come from the constant reiteration of essential conduct and behaviour, in line with our values.
