I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. As a HR I will not refer to join any one to Fusion group. Management does not have ethics and proper capabilities to manage this organisation. This organisation hiring bulk of employees when they need. After their work get done management just terminate huge amount of employees without any valid reason. They just showing performanceis not up to the mark. I personally know some HR Recruiter. They have very good working skills and they are wel performers. But they are discontinued without any reason. Only those employees who can oiling & buttering to the Sr. Manager HR. Only those people are getting huge increment and designation hike. This organisation is running by totally female feminism and their egoistic nature. Some Director's daughter is working in HR and she is just sefish about her father company. She is running her department by her while & whims. I will suggest to the fresher to not go in this organisation. Nothing.. My experience in Fusion Xplore Tech was nothing but terrible.

This company Xplore Tech Fusion is such a fraud. This entire group of fraudsters betrayed me and never paid my salary for the last working month. I sent them several e-mails regarding my unpaid salary but nobody took the charge to help me recover my salary and get me out of this trouble rather they blocked my E-mail ID. I have had several visits to their Durgapur office but none of the HRs or the management team helped me claim my deserving money instead they raised their hands up and tried to get rid of me. This is a huge gang of people fooling needy and younsters by using them, their time and labor to mint money out of them. The whole team don't even bother to pay attention to one's concern and talk two words of politeness let alone paying salaries after a huge ton of workload and abuse with no personal life....Read More

Dislikes

Management is not well and good. Salary is not good for experienced or promoted people. If you buttering anyone, you get good name otherwise you are not eligible for any extra incentives or RNR anything. Directly you get threat that "keep buttering, so that you get *Laxmi in your bank account*."
