I like the IT team of the company.

Jamil is the only person whom I dislike the most because he acts as a boss in a cruel way on the other hand Omar Ali is a decent person with leadership skills and acts an a leader. Jamil disrespect the people under him also wants the goals should be achieved on his command. He has the commanding tone also he is negative minded person. He didn't get the positive vibes while being around him.

As an ex-employee it is very disappointing that the company that I have worked for 8 years doesn't give u the chance to rejoin the company has a new policy of not hiring ex-employees and its very disappointing if u are an ex-employee it's better u don't try to rejoin as u won't get rehired.
