Earlier everything was good but things started getting worse day by day.

Now no work life balance exists. You won't get a salary hike, and if you get it will be so minimal that will make you feel, that you haven't done any good thing in last year. Getting a good manager is totally depends on you luck, if won't get they will make sure to make this place a hell for you. You will continue to work in every shift irrespective of work hours.
