The hiring and joining process is good ; did not take much time as compared to other companies; On boarding was done effectively with all your access raised well in advance. The lunch is provided at reasonable price with good quality. The transport allowance is add on to your salary. Work-life balance is good and had overall good experience

Dislikes

Lack of training and career opportunities; recognition is missing ; appreciation emails from clients not acknowledged.

It was nice since at the time of joining. It is one of the multinational origination like others but culture is unique and employee compensation as well. however, year by year it's becoming a normal corporate even for salaries, promotions & other benefits

Its good working. But given the fact that the COVID situation still prevail we are comple to attend office. Subjected to the fact that the work that they have asked to complete can also be done after 28th Feb 2021. But still I have been asked to travel a distance of 1700 km during this time.

People from gurgaon are bias. Proper recognition is never received.
