I am associated with Xenelsoft for the past 9 months and the environment here is beyond explanation. Everyone here is supportive and well-wisher including management, team members, and HR. Worst company i have joined in my career till now. Not provide salary on time in any month, they provide salary at the end of the next month. At any moment they terminate employee without any information or notice. Even after terminating they deduct the full and final amount by unapprove your leaves while you have many leaves in your account. Do not join this company if you dont want to waste your precious time....Read More
