Xebia has corporate culture with all values in place. excellent work ethics. reachability was easy. Strong HR team and great at guiding and assisting employees.

I was a contactual employee and Xebia did not reach me out to know what they can do for me when i was laid off. My days in my notice period passed and the mail came directly from the payroll company but none from Xebia. They did not own me as their employee. They did not see the need in trying to understand.
