Clear education on what's need to be done and at what time. the co-workers carry the enthusiasm to keep moving the tasks. Lead by reasonable and responsible seniors who brings out the best in me and teaching me to work with new methods and tools. It's continuous learning and development in my workday. In this time of Pandemic Company has given us the privilege to work from home and is supporting to the maximum in making this establishment a successful one considering safety and productivity. This is my second company, working here for 2 years now I have been seeing ups for the most rather than downs. Positive work culture is what keeps me going further, be it my lead or any other colleagues, all are supportive and focused on a common goal. On time salary is the major plus.
