During covid 19 not only they helped us financially by providing a compensation of 10,000rs for arranging infrastructure required for Home office but also helped us connected nd mentally fit by arranging various sessions with Dr ., Workout sessions yoga nd zumba and also arranged a whole day to be Downtime day where everyone enjoyed. Xceedance as an organization provides best of it's facilities to employees, however the work pressure is too much during some months nd to some teams which could be possibly managed in a better way

To be honest it's the worst phase of my life to work in xceedance. There is no wort life balance. You have to work more than 10-11 hrs a day, and after that don't expect any appreciations or support from management. If you are in office till 12pm company doesn't bother how you reach home. Thats your headache. In my view only if you a re in a grave situation and don't have any other option then only go in xceedance and try to switch as soon as possible. Worst work life balance. No recognition and 100% politics in team during appraisal. Basically company doesn't bothers about you health if you are working till late night or so. Salary structure is worst. They show your package very high but actually you get peanuts. Learning stops just in 6 months maximum....Read More

The worklife at xceedance is really good...my team mates are very supportive and the best thing is the shift timings are flexible...u can choose your timings as per your own convenience i.e b/w 9am - 9pm...

Salary package for fresher is lil low...but for exprienced one they give a good hike(as per your inteview)

Work at xceedance depends upon high time and low time. Once you get settled here, then nothing matters. We work in s chill atmosphere...you just need to handle things properly..rest is all fine.

I like regular traning sessions and awareness to make employees up to mark. Work pressure is good and you feel good about that if you are workaholic. Environment is good and people are friendly.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high sometimes and we need to work exrmtra for completing the target. We need to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late too. I do receive appreciations from client but that mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Also, there is on job training for freshers, hence senior members like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes....Read More

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to manage other members work with my work as well. I stay on my toes by doing competitive benchmark studies on my own. As long as i get to work closely with the client, a great learing exp.
