Dislikes

No extra benefits. Lots of politics in promotion also in production. You will do lot off work they will not consider what you are doing. They give you more work. I am only talking about my process which Issuance process here.

First thing I like about xceedance is they believe in teamwork and all team members support each other. Online trainings and meetings are done on regular intervals and even there are sessions for learning and development. Job security is there and working culture is very good.

Work Details

Its been 9 month at xceedance, I got different work assigned at different point of time initially I was doing drafting policies but later on My roles are increasing and also I am performing well so Everything is gòing great as per the expectation.
