There is a lot of politics and management doesn't care about our issues. They don't know how to respect their employee's privacy. They don't provide laptops or PC to their employees, employees have to work with their personal laptops or PC. They will force you to install a time champ on your PC to track your productive time of work ( I'm not against of this but the tracking thing is hampering our privacy no organisation should do this until or unless the organisation provides laptops or PC to their employees). They don't even provide internet reimbursement to their employees. You won't get to know your salary deduction because they don't provide salary slips to their employees as well.
