There's a CEO name called Om Gupta in this company with zero communication skills and unrealistic expectations. I don't think that anyone has ever served notice period in this company. Because that phase never comes. You will be terminated before itself. Even if you put resignation, he will terminate. And you will always hear a statement from his mouth, Sale sale sale. Nothing else he knows. It's not a company, just fraud network marketing software development 2 BHK house where clients are always with red faces. No HR (Recently she was also terminated). He will hardly keep you for 2 months and then termination. Just go for the interview once just to explore the worst type of company. No management. Candidates are hired with false Job Description. They will be hired in the name of Software Support Engineer and then you he will ask you to do cold calls. He has few filthy 3-4 fraud sites named Velox, Tolxa, MLM Software Max and he will ask you to do any kind of job based on his mind. For initial few days he will treat you like god and then you will be downgraded even more than a worst street dog. No timely salary. He calls himself 2 step forward, but don't even know to speak properly. His next plan is to create website which will rate the candidates who do not work on his finger steps to blacklist then from industry. Hilarious. Hahahaha.
