Cgo,ceo,and every higher management and work culture so horrible,,,there is no job security,so pls don't join this company anymore... They involve your personal life,,suday is fixed off day but still after office they will force to work at late night without any reason,,,again you worked whole night till they accused to you,,you're not compatible for this work. Actually all senior are totally psyco,,,they don't know how to treat with company employees,,,their quality of work is too poor,,all students who are in uk or Ireland University,,,,all students failed only for WriteX 's project,,,but Higher authority didn't agree with this(their work is poor that's why this problem arises),,,they only force to employees who converted new students for company business Higher team also use abusive language,,,just too much pathetic culture,, Please don't join this company anymore otherwise your life will hell...Read More

WriteX used to be a very good company when HR's used to listen to the employee's problems and give value to the employees. Gone are those days after IIM return Mr Sunny Sahu Joined the organization. He is the Chief Growth Officer but he failed to give minimum growth to the company. After he came people started resigning from the company. He very well knows how to insult the employees. Unfortunately the management including the directors nowadays has become extremely harsh and rude to the employees, Particularly Mr Subham Prasad (director). No growth and respect you can expect from this company. HR's are the puppet, who cannot take any decision, only says that management has taken this decision. Very very difficult to sustain in these type of environment. They can fire you any time that too without any specific reason. No Job Security at all. You need to available for the clients 24x7, even on Sundays. Moreover they force the employees to give good reviews about the company....Read More

It was a good company, with good ethics, however, started degrading.

Dislikes

It will say WFH, then force you to WFO. The policy said alternate saturday off, then forced to cut all saturday off, you have to work every saturday. They said to pay for the extra saturdays, but, they won't. Terrible leave policies..they cut salary for aking leave for more than 2 days, even if you took it within your provided leaves.

In terms of salary, it always comes on time.... Work culture is also good, no toxicity you will find there... Hierarchy is quite friendly and highly supportive. No work-life balance is possible here. At a constant rate, You have to sit in front of your system. At a stretch, an employee sits here for 8-9 or even 10 hours, which can hamper his/her personal life and I have faced it. for a married person, I don't find this workplace suitable enough because at the same time, you need to keep yourself attentive on meetings, which are organised daily and you have to be active there all the time.. You cannot invest time on your personal calls, You cannot help your family-members during work-time, you cannot invest sometimes into ur personal work during this hectic schedule. The team managers are nice and helpful. Probably the best part about working there. They support their team in every possible way. The working timings are fixed and after hours no work will be provided. There is no notice period hence, I was able to leave when I wanted as the job became insufferable.

Dislikes

The work is very hectic, you'll have to inhale your lunch to finish your work on time. The payment is below average based on the workload. The work is unethical as you are paid to write college assignments for students from mostly UK-based universities.

Everything, one can't learn anything from here, because they don't give time to learn, two log in and log out times, one will not have any personal life if he/she works here cause he/she has to work almost 24 hours.
