As such no positive point is there only bad and horrible experience i am having.

There is multiple boss, life has become terrible only work and work whether there is work or not you have to be in office for 9 hrs no training learn by your own you are only here to get tortured by Sify's Employees , No Salary slip, No Offer letter No cafeteria, No Off on Saturday sounds like working in cyber cafe 24*7 u have to be available to go through their torture better to open a tea stall than working here. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
