The Directors are fake, they try to sweet initially but after completing of probation they show their true colors. They torture the employees mentally. Overall its really toxic. The targets are very demanding especially if you do not have prior relevant experience. There is a penalty clause applicable which deducts amount if the monthly targets are not reached. They inform all t/c during the selection process only. Still, in spite of all the training and guidance, some amount gets deducted in the initial few months due to the challenging targets.
