Hire and Fire policy. Bad culture. They don't allow you to live a normal life. They are I'll mannered people, who will ask you to resign if asked for leave in a year. Dumb HR department. They follow their own policy. 15-16 hrs of work every day. No shift time is followed. You have to stretch everyday. And if you deny due to any reason. They will kick you out. Dnt join this company.
