There is nothing to like. Managers in Stripe names VIKAS AHUJA, DEEPANJALI SINGH, HR-KARTIKAY are the worst people I have ever seen. They don't know what are the rules outlined for their own employees. HR is like uneducated, he don't have any answer to any of ur question he says, plz connect with operations team.

Never recommend anyone to join. Manager specially in Stripe are worst of all. If u r thinking to leave the organization by compensating, they don't have that policy. WORST CULTURE, CHATUGIRI!

Gives fresher a chance to enter in corporate world but they will transfer you to another process after they are done squeezing you up in the current process.

Dislikes

No job security, no salary increment and poor work culture. Forget about work life balance as they will tell to work also on Saturday sometimes on Sunday too. They take half amount of your night shifts as WNS care fund without even asking the employee regarding it. I don't recommend any fresher to start their career here.

Good organization but few 20 years tenure Manager's think its their own company.. they just need some puppets who should obey them blindly... no scope for innovation and new idea.....

No Job security, If you come up with new ideas or want to make some positive changes, those 20 years tenure so called Managers and Directors will put you in bench.... few Managers just want to take retirement from WNS . They don't work neather they allow young people to grow, because of their insecurity....

office politics... Managers & Team lead all are mili bhgat.... All are there to target you. I like only job security and colleagues are very good and supportive.

Rest all of the things are not good like company policies and politics. Management is very poor and they are playing with employees like they are forcing to employees to put down their paper if someone not putting down their paper then management put that employee to PIP for very short reasons and last but not the least salary issue they are not giving you full salary as per offer letter.

Employer part of pf also deducted from salary no explanation from hr, Night shift allowance is very less almost nothing, if you missed the floor entry time by 2min direct escalation from manager same for transportation if you miss the cab I need to give logical explanation why u miss it
