Cafeterias are not good at all. No department in the company wants to take ownership. IT assets are to be moved by you, not by thecompany. Frequent asset burglaries even from your lockers. Management can be coperative but the policies are not. HR tools are not good. Overtime pay is not even considered good. You are responsible for marking your own attendance in their HR portal where 2fa will be enabled and phones are not allowed on floor so you have to sacrifice your productive hours window just to login to HR portals....Read More
