I work there for an year , all though it's quite good place to work, people working in wns Pune are more polite and manner full than the gurg oan. If I would have asked to be a part of Pune or the Mumbai team I would have never quit . Cost cutting in few basic things , as I understand wns just needs to expend around 150rs /person in month to fix it .it's about GGN , not sure about Pune or Mumbai branch. Management , I Can't understand every thing is not possible but as per my understanding there is lot of things can be fixed without any investment , just needs to understand the need to manage or fix it .but no one care and being an employ we can directly reach to higher authority....Read More

I like nothing about WNS. Zero employee centric company. Managers And Team Leader just ignore there team members like hell as they don't care about anything. Will never suggest any of friends or relatives to work with the particular term.

Fun workplace and good environment to learn Had a great time working at WNS. The research and analytics team is the team to work at. Exceptionally talented people and good projects in hand. Company as a whole is doing pretty well.
