The senior-level team may be good but the floor supervisor and the manager level are damn pathetic. There were more than 50 in our batch but everyone left the company when we started hitting the floor.
I was in Travelocity process. Booking air ticket, hotel reservation and vacation package.

Nothing was free there...Oh, the drop was provided and shuttle from the nearest metro station. They might have changed this time.

My stint as a trainer in Pune was a highlight of my time in WNS.I relished the opportunity to share my expertise, develop my leadership skills and bond with colleagues.Would like to add that working hours is 7.5hours but in many process they ask for OT they do pay additional but it's very conservative

It's like a semi-gov job, no micromanagement which makes the professional life easy to go thru. Job security, I received 14 months free salary due to process rampdown. Also after I left the job, I got extra lunpsum payout for the remaining leaves in my kitty. People are also good behavior wise.

I like only job security and colleagues are very good and supportive.
Rest all of the things are not good like company policies and politics. Management is very poor and they are playing with employees like they are forcing to employees to put down their paper if someone not putting down their paper then management put that employee to PIP for very short reasons and last but not the least salary issue they are not giving you full salary as per offer letter.

The company has good employees and work culture is mid. Policies are flexed for employees with good regards and good working habits. Job security is good if you cross probation with good regards.
Promotions, company culture is not good but work satisfaction is something you can align with but often you are asked to do forced overtimes and judged if you try to make more room for work life balance. Cafeterias are not good at all. No department in the company wants to take ownership. IT assets are to be moved by you, not by thecompany. Frequent asset burglaries even from your lockers. Management can be coperative but the policies are not. HR tools are not good. Overtime pay is not even considered good. You are responsible for marking your own attendance in their HR portal where 2fa will be enabled and phones are not allowed on floor so you have to sacrifice your productive hours window just to login to HR portals....Read More
