My stint as a trainer in Pune was a highlight of my time in WNS.I relished the opportunity to share my expertise, develop my leadership skills and bond with colleagues.Would like to add that working hours is 7.5hours but in many process they ask for OT they do pay additional but it's very conservative

Work life balance need to encourage flexible working hours,provide resources for employee well being and recognise the importance of personal time also there are no sat-sun week offs no medi claim

Very very less Salary increase and transportation services is wrost. Few manager's behaviour not in good way with the team. Politics happening in the company. Partiality & favourability plays main role.

office politics... Managers & Team lead all are mili bhgat.... All are there to target you. If you go to compain your team lead.... managers are there to save there leads.... if we compain against managers HR's are there to save Managers. No one cares employee. Employer part of pf also deducted from salary no explanation from hr, Night shift allowance is very less almost nothing, if you missed the floor entry time by 2min direct escalation from manager same for transportation if you miss the cab I need to give logical explanation why u miss it

Management is very badly behaving and even they are hiring new people but removing experienced employees. Where very badly impacting employees job.. Group Managers and SR. Group Managers are behaving very bad and rashly speaking over floor. Even Deputy Manager are using bad language over floor.

The company has good employees and work culture is mid. Policies are flexed for employees with good regards and good working habits. Job security is good if you cross probation with good regards.

Promotions, company culture is not good but work satisfaction is something you can align with but often you are asked to do forced overtimes and judged if you try to make more room for work life balance. Cafeterias are not good at all. No department in the company wants to take ownership. IT assets are to be moved by you, not by thecompany. Frequent asset burglaries even from your lockers. Management can be coperative but the policies are not. HR tools are not good. Overtime pay is not even considered good. You are responsible for marking your own attendance in their HR portal where 2fa will be enabled and phones are not allowed on floor so you have to sacrifice your productive hours window just to login to HR portals....Read More

I am not ok with less employee benifit Food is Just like tapry but prices like five star hotel Transportation has 35km grid with 10 km small small grids.. Job security is good l, but about life security i don't know 😂

It's like a semi-gov job, no micromanagement which makes the professional life easy to go thru. Job security, I received 14 months free salary due to process rampdown. Also after I left the job, I got extra lunpsum payout for the remaining leaves in my kitty. People are also good behavior wise.

Good organization but few 20 years tenure Manager's think its their own company.. they just need some puppets who should obey them blindly... no scope for innovation and new idea.....

No Job security, If you come up with new ideas or want to make some positive changes, those 20 years tenure so called Managers and Directors will put you in bench.... few Managers just want to take retirement from WNS . They don't work neather they allow young people to grow, because of their insecurity....

Worst OJT am and mentors in lytx process, work load, can't even have a good sleep schedule, even they change the shift timings with assigning more works. This doesn't deserve any good employees.
