There is one HR in Pune, Maharashtra which make fun of candidates. Her name is SUFIA KHAN and she makes fake promises and tell candidates "congratulations, you are selected and please share your documents over mail" and when I share the documents she disappears for around 15 days and then I call the person who took the interview from anonymous number then he tells we have already asked the HR to hold the application. This kind of culture is not expected by the company like WNS. If you don't want to go ahead with the candidate then tell them and don't make fake promises and hopes.
