Actually the biggest thing in company is if you don't negotiate properly you're going to end up getting lesser salary than previous company, Actually done survey with my colleagues and my friends who work over there all of them told that we get lesser salary than previous company

There is one HR in Pune, Maharashtra which make fun of candidates. Her name is SUFIA KHAN and she makes fake promises and tell candidates "congratulations, you are selected and please share your documents over mail" and when I share the documents she disappears for around 15 days and then I call the person who took the interview from anonymous number then he tells we have already asked the HR to hold the application. This kind of culture is not expected by the company like WNS. If you don't want to go ahead with the candidate then tell them and don't make fake promises and hopes. Everything, i just cant express my gratitude towards this company , I was working at Magarpatta Pune office My Hr Swati Thakur , my Senior Management and group manager Mukesh Oza one of the best person i have ever seen. Not providing internet bill reimbursement and provided dongal also not works properly. IT and management team are not approachable to employees and worst work management, they call on WhatsApp call and dominate there employees in terms of Brodband connection work production and Training period. Indirectly they treat employee like slavery unprofessionalism.

Consistent strong financial performance, especially the margins is a testimony to this strength. Convenient for Maharashtra based employees as this is one of the few reputed BPM industries in this part of India.

Top few includes, extremely personality driven culture, increment and growth concerns for majority of the folks due to a very margin oriented approach combined with a weak positioning with the clients in some of the verticals. High vintage of majority of senior leadership driving more of fixed way of thinking. Relatively high level of politics and blame games. Over regulated environment.
