The saving grace of working at WNS is that there is no dearth of the people who like me dislike almost every aspect of the company.

Dislikes

For a start the management runs only with the intention of cost cutting. Filled with freshers who almost always replace experienced candidates.office politics is pathetic. They trap freshers honeycombing their way in while getting them On a 2 year bond and never keep up their word. Mana gement can’t get cheaper anywhere else. Open discrimination takes place with preference given only to Chamchas. Hard working people don’t get credit and are always overlooked. I don’t see the point of why someone would work in such a pathetic environment. Would never ever recommend any of my contacts into joining this company. Work Details

Work was good but the distribution was pathetic. One or two people In each team get work dumped upon them while the others just while away their time and take up the credit of the work done by the scapegoats.
