Management systems and policies are very good and effectively maintained. Learning and development is one main key factor that L&T focus on for the development of Employee and mutually for the growth of the Organization. On time salary for Employees and good work environment.

Dislikes

Recognition is one thing missing here. Appropriate benefits are not availed on time and Employee essential needs are not identifiied, considered and no periodical interaction with Employees to know their Job satisfaction after joining.

There is too much disconnect between mid management and sites, disconnect means voicing of opinions and sharing of views. At times speaking good for the company from an official point of view/official chair doesn't go down well with mid senior management and they spoil the appraisal even for guys rated top for last continuous 3-4 years and there is hardly anyone who cares what went wrong or reviews the appraisal.
