Worst Management Team. Specially Team Leader they are thinking he is the owner of the company. Subhajit Dey in Elevancehealth insurance Team Leader always came late in office. Hr team is the Worst team in kolkata location.

I would not recommend this organisation to anyone neither I will rejoin this again in my life. No work ethics, no work life balance, no proper management and even the senior leadership is not supportive. There are 8 peoples who are moved or left the organisation and we did not get provided with any backup which resulted in increasedwork pressure, extending our shifts and it's like an only option like if anyone did not complete their task they have to extend and then complete it....Read More

Most people have become too much attached to Salary and their good Appraisals. They blame others for existing issues. Those who can fidht back are able to stay. - Our project is Technical but Wipro decided to have a manager from BPO and he make the project worst - Internal polictics is at it's high here - Biased Manager - Zero support from HR and other upper hierarchy - I would have rated 5 but just because of manager, it is 2 now

Project allocation is bad due to scarcity of projects. Moreover salary hikes and promotion is also bad there. I worked almost for 3 years there, also got awarded quite some time for my good performance, but didn't received any promotion or good salary hike in the form of compensation.
