For assembly Engineer - 1. Work life balance is very very terrible...No value for personal issues neither family nor health issues acceptable here. Only extra work. 2. On paper work timing is 9:15 hrs but actual 11hrs daily. No extra benefits. 3. Forcing people to do work extra if not worked extra then growth will stop. You can notcomplaint to HR it is waste of time. 4. Only Sunday holiday for daily 9:15 hrs of working for assembly people. For Others sat and Sunday off. 5. Only name Wipro Pari but culture is same as old PARI. Very terrible language from seniors/HOD. 6. If you have strong reference then u can join any time. Others will face monopoly issue....Read More

We get to know complete assembly lines of engine/battery pack/transmission etc based on particular project assigned to you as a PM

There is lot of unnecessary work included in projects flow process. Management dont bother if any employee is staying late everyday to work. Payment is not up to the mark as compared to the amount of work is assigned. You have to work after office hours that too after reaching at home. Weekend time is also consumed partially for work. After doing hard work, showing performance as expected, management still questions your credebility during appraisal process. I was very excited during initial days where my immediate seniors assigned me irrelevant tasks which neither helped me to make progress as PM nor understanding the project process. Senior people just used new people as a resource to complete their tasks.

Terrible politics, more favourisam towards friends and relatives, your work credit will be transfered to some other person who is most favorable to seniors, very low clarity in job profile, non motivational environment, very less opportunities, It's not Wipro culture It's PARI culture.
