I worked in Wipro, Bangalore Location. I like more in wipro is Compensation & Benefits. Whatever Variable Pay in wipro will get 100% if employee is Billable. Ratings also Good on performance basis, no partiality.

Salary components/appraisal, Teammates, Work culture, training, job security, learning everything is fine, but Wipro should promote existing employee on basis of Experience and Rating. Got EC rating(2nd Highest) 2 times and worked almost 3 years in Wipro, but not recognized for promotion. The list is long. The office resembles more like a college than a corporate company. No canteen facility just pantry and 2-3 vendors selling junk food. Dress code policy does not exist office looks like Delhi Metro 😂. HR and Managers are a joke they do not intervene when needed and interfere when not necessary. You will see people using filthy language on the floor where calls are taken, sometimes the clients do hear it 😂. There is no respect for individuals here and you can be treated badly if you are not wise enough. Lot of office politics, lot of unnecessary drama. Some people get work from home some do not even if required. People are forced to come in to office even if they are unwell.
